As the in-house designer at Elemental Impact, I endeavored to ensure that all deliverables coming out of our company are brand-aligned. In order to empower my teammates to communicate their content, I created brand templates to be filled in by my colleagues. To encourage individualism and avoid redundancy, many options were provided, creating innumerable possibilities when putting together content.

After the first year of implementing the templates to our full team and ecosystem, I conducted a survey and used data and feedback to iterate on the designs and accommodate requests.
